HVAC Selling Technician

What You Will Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Identify opportunities for system replacements and present solutions to customers
- Execute on-site sales of new equipment when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding job details
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and customer interactions
- Stay current on industry products, technologies, and best practices
What You Will Bring:
- 1–5 years of residential HVAC sales and service experience (required)
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical/trade school training
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
