Leads assigned plumbing install crew providing sewer and drain repair services.

Responsibilities:
- Provides direct leadership and oversight to plumbing install jobs.
- Completes and maintains all certifications for operating special and heavy equipment.
- Knowledgeable of pipe bursting techniques, and open trench plumbing repair.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
- Is aware of and follows all current company and OSHA jobs site safety procedures.
- Provides quality control and quality assurance for sewer and drain repair jobs.
- Ensures every customer is 100% satisfied with repair.
- Prepares for jobs by reviewing Statement of Work, and ensure required material and equipment is on hand for job.
- Oversees maintenance of all equipment utilized by team.
- Ensures closeout packages are prepared and uploaded for every job.
- Ensures invoices are collected for every job.
- Provides subject matter expertise to crew as needed.
- Makes recommendations to leadership team for process improvements.
Reports directly to: Plumbing Manager
