Overview

The Role

 

Leads assigned plumbing install crew providing sewer and drain repair services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct leadership and oversight to plumbing install jobs.
  • Completes and maintains all certifications for operating special and heavy equipment.
  • Knowledgeable of pipe bursting techniques, and open trench plumbing repair.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
  • Is aware of and follows all current company and OSHA jobs site safety procedures.
  • Provides quality control and quality assurance for sewer and drain repair jobs.
  • Ensures every customer is 100% satisfied with repair.
  • Prepares for jobs by reviewing Statement of Work, and ensure required material and equipment is on hand for job.
  • Oversees maintenance of all equipment utilized by team.
  • Ensures closeout packages are prepared and uploaded for every job.
  • Ensures invoices are collected for every job.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to crew as needed.
  • Makes recommendations to leadership team for process improvements.

Reports directly to: Plumbing Manager
